Yes! We offer free global shipping on most products.

Delivery times vary by region, usually between 7–15 business days.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your door.

What secure payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Instant EFT where available.

All transactions are securely processed through Yoco our trusted South African payment partner.  Yoco employs multiple layers of protection including TLS/SSL encryption for data in transit and encryption at rest for sensitive information.  Advanced security protocols like EMV and 3D-Secure further ensure safe payment processing.  Their card systems are PCI DSS compliant tamper-proof and use tokenisation meaning your card details are never stored.

What is your return policy?

We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective.

If your product has an issue, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Our team will then help you arrange a replacement or refund after verifying the problem.

Due to our fast global fulfilment process, we can’t accept returns for change of mind, wrong size or personal preference.  Please double-check product details before ordering.

How do I track my order?

Your tracking number and link will be sent as soon as your order is dispatched so you won’t have to wait.  Once shipped, the tracking information updates automatically so you can follow your package in real time.  You’ll also receive email notifications directly from Triight to keep you informed about your order’s progress.  This is all about trust, transparency and peace of mind from checkout to delivery.
